How long does it take to get your tickets?
|
| Currently, our venue does not mail tickets for security purposes. All tickets must be picked up on or before the concert including the day of the concert. |

I just purchased tickets. How do I get them?
|
| Tickets may be picked up anytime between the time of the purchase and the concert. You may pick these up at Chata Gifts Giftshop inside the new casino 24 hours a day 7 days a week up to the day of the event, or at the ticket office at the Choctaw Coliseum on the day of the event. Please bring a valid photo ID and the confirmation number of your ticket order. |

When can i pick up my tickets ?
|
| Tickets can be picked up any time between the time of purchase and the day of the event. Will Call tickets or tickets purchased on line or through the phone center are kept at the Gift Shop inside the new Casino, which is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. These tickets are moved to the coliseum box office on the day of the event. |

I live out of town and would like to pick up my tickets on the day of the concert. What do I need to bring and how do I get them?

| For security purposes, all patrons picking up tickets will need a valid photo ID and the confirmation number for the ticket order(s) they are picking up. Being the day of the event, will call tickets are to be picked up at the Coliseum Box Office. |

How can I get an ADA seat?
|
| Persons in wheel chairs or needing special accomodations can be provided seating in the same area as everyone else. We simply ask that if you are in a wheel chair, you purchase a ticket for an aisle seat. If you are desiring the ADA seating, we can also sell those seats to you by calling 580-920-0160 ext 1229. |

I purchased tickets and now I cannot attend the event. Can I get a refund?

| Our policy is that all sales are final. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or upgrades. |

I have purchased a General Admission ticket. What time should I show up for the event?
|
| General Admission seating is on a first come first serve basis. The GA ticket you purchased only gaurantees you a seat in that section. It does not gaurantee you a specific seat. |

If I leave the concert can I come back in?
|
| Upon entering the event for the first time, the ticket takers will leave you with a portion of your original ticket. Just show this stub to the ticket takers upon reentering the coliseum. |

Is smoking allowed inside the Coliseum?
|
| Currently, the Choctaw Coliseum is a nonsmoking facility. |

I purchased tickets already, but now I noticed there are better seats available. Can I upgrade my tickets?
|
| Our policy is that all sales are final, and that there will be no refunds, exchanges, upgrades, etc. However, tickets may be exchanged or upgraded for tickets of equal or greater value at management's descretion. |

Last time I purchased tickets, I was asked for my address, phone #, etc. What is this information used for?
|
| In the rare event of a cancellation, this information is used for such things as contact information, proof of purchase, etc. By providing this information you are assisting us to protect your purchase. Without this information, we cannot associate the ticket order with you, as well as, contact you to let you know of any changes in the event. |

Are cameras, camcorders, or other video or photographic devices prohibited from the coliseum the night of the event?
|
| To provide the best possible experience for all our patrons, we do not allow these items at the events. Camcorders, cameras, and other photographic equipment not only distracts and degrades other patrons experience, but may also infringe on any copyright laws or contractual agreements made with our entertainment. |

My name was not used in the purchase of the tickets. How can I pick up the tickets?
|
| If the purchaser of the tickets, put your name and contact information in the mailing or delivery address, all you will need is a valid photo ID and the confirmation number. If they did not put you in as the delivery address etc., bring a valid photo ID, the confirmation number of the ticket order, and you will be asked to complete a short release form at the ticket office. |

I am looking for a place to stay the night of the event. Is there a hotel nearby?

| Choctaw Casino Resort Hotel is next door to the Choctaw Coliseum, and is connected to Choctaw Casino. The perfect place to stay and play. |

I am accompanying someone who requires an ADA seat. How can I get a seat next to them?
|
| At the time of purchase, please inform the cashier of your needs for ADA seating. You will be seated in the ADA section also as a guest of the ADA person. |

I need another ticket next to the tickets I have already purchased. How can I get one?

| Choctaw Coliseum wants all of its patrons to enjoy the events. However, ticket purchases are on a first come first serve basis. |

Do I have to pay for my child to attend with me?
|
| Although each event varies on the age requirements, as a rule of thumb, 3 and under are free. In the case of Reserved Seating, as long as the child will be sitting on your lap, there is not charge for their entry. Management reserves the right to change or amend this policy at their discretion. |

Do you have discount rates for seniors?
|
| With every event, comes a new set of ticket prices, entertainment, and promotions. Please check the specific event on the website for more details. |

Is the Coliseum handicap accessible?

| Yes. The coliseum has a handicap accessible elevator in every corner of the coliseum, as well as, accessible bathrooms, and a ramp in front of the Coliseum at the main entrance. |

I am unsure of whether or not I have completed the purchase of my tickets online. How can I be sure?
|
| When purchasing tickets online, the system will automatically generate a confirmation number once the transaction is complete. This confirmation number is unique to your transaction and should be printed out and brought with you to pick up your tickets. This number will help identify your transaction. |

Does your resort have RV hookups?

| Currently, Choctaw Casino Resort in Durant, OK has 50 RV Hookups, which are located on the north side of the Choctaw Arena. Please contact the Choctaw Coliseum for any fees, terms of use, or for rentals. |
